安省EI学费新政策的利与弊，申请人士必知！
 

从安省高教厅实施新的学费申请政策至今，已整整两个月。该期间由于申请政策仍有小的变动以及细节处理的参差不齐，虽有申请CASE成功的利好消息不断传出，但它们的背后却有不同的经历，成功的标准可谓新老皆有。面对社会上对学费申请众说纷纭的情况下，新政策真的有弊无利吗，skills development和second career的合二为一，对申请者而言带来了挑战也带来了机遇。请看：

 
利一：申请者失业(Lay off)的范围扩大。
 

老政策：如果申请的是skills development，拿regular EI 的话3年内有效，拿parental EI的话5年内有效；如果申请的是Second Career，只能是ROE表上的失业原因是A才行。
新政策：申请Second Career，不再限制于ROE表上是A(Lay off)，如果属于Contract结束、企业重组、残疾，甚至是Maternity或Parental EI都可以申请。

 
利二：申请者失业(Unemployment)的范围扩大。
 
老政策：申请期间工作小时数不能超过20小时/每周。
新政策：除上以外，哪怕工作小时数超过20小时，但薪水不超过435元/周也可，但一定是在NOC D的领域才可。

1. 政府对失业人士再就业培训的资助包括哪些？
2. 申请过程中的常见问题？
3. 没有相关工作经验和教育背景，是否可学想学的专业?
4. 如果您的家庭收入或存款很高，是否影响您的申请？
5. 如果您有小孩，您可以拿到多少托儿费？
6. 如果您的EI已结束，您是否可以申请政府资助？
7. 如果您英语没达到Linc5级，是否也可以申请？
